November 2003 Inter-club Tournament

Every year the St.Catharines, Grimsby and Niagara on the Lake Shintani Wado Kai Karate clubs get together for a learning / teaching tournament. It's always a lot of fun for the competitors and the parents. We include a food drive and the donations have been great too. What a great feeling!
